Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Goosbytwins.com processes orders within 4-5 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on weekends, but not on Sundays and Holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Due to Covid 19 are carriers have delayed tracking and shipping fulfillments. Please be patient and allow additional days in transit for us to deliver your order to you. If your order is experiencing a significant delay we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Goosbytwins.com will ship merchandise through the USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders Domestic and International shipping. Currently, goosbytwins.com does not offer overnight shipping. Check back in the future to see if our overnight shipping policy has changed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is processed (4-5 days) you will receive a confirmation number with your tracking details. Due to Covid 19 are carriers have delayed tracking and shipping fulfillments. The tracking number we be active within 24 hours after it has been processed by the United States Postal Service.
Duties and Taxes
International and Canadian customers assume the liability for any customs and import charges due upon delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
