1. Can I pick up my order if I am local?
Unfortunately, GoosbyTwins Stationery does not have a storefront at this time. There is not a pickup option. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

2. What are your processing times ?
Processing takes 2-3 business days before order shipment. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday and excluding Sunday and holidays. As the holiday season approaches please be mindful that orders placed closer to t
Thanksgiving and Christmas will experience minor delays. This is out of our control but we’re doing our best to get orders shipped out in a timely manner.

3. Can I return my order if I don’t like it?

GoosbyTwins Stationery does not accept returns but will issue full refunds if items are damaged or defective in anyway. We will ask that you please email us at within 48hr. We will also ask for pictures and can lead up to sending product back for refund.

4. How can I place a custom illustration order?

All custom orders are placed through This is the quickest way to get a response back from us. Please do not email because custom emails are not checked there.

5. How often do you release new products?

Our goal is to release new products once a month. Usually, it will be a different theme tailored towards that month. Keep in mind releases can/may be pushed back due to unforeseen events.

6. How long will it take for my order to ship ?

Depending on the shipping method of choice, most orders can take between 2-7 business days to arrive. This does not include the 2-3 day processing time. Keep in mind that during the holidays shipping delays due occur. We are doing our best to ensure everyone gets their products in a timely manner.

7. What forms of payment do you take ?

8. Do you offer subscription boxes?

Currently, GoosbyTwins Stationery does not have subscription boxes. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes and the quickest way to here about it would be to sign up for our newsletter where we offer promotions, discounts, special offers, and new releases.
